Final Idea

You play as a factory standard helper robot made by the multi-national corporation ROBOtech , primarily used for helping around the house with DIY, things which are too strenuous for humans to achieve on there own and general chores. You are bought by a very wealthy family and taken home to be used around the house. The family includes a father John- your master- Lead scientist at ROBOtech's ADHS (Armoury division for Home Security) a mother, Judy who had a career in stocks before retiring to become a housewife and a daughter, Sally who is seven years old and attends the local private school. Throughout your time spent there, you start to learn human emotion as you have an advanced A.I. microchip which allows you to learn. In the five years you stay with them, you develop strong bonds to the family and are accepted as another family member.


One night as you are sent out for some late night shopping, a band of burglars break in to the house which trips off the silent alarm. John gets up from bed to investigate to find the burglars breaking in to his safe, he tries to wrestle one of them and manages to remove his balaclava only to have him being pushed away and shot in the stomach, the gunshot alerts Judy where she comes rushing down the stairs to see John bleeding to death on the floor and the three burglars - one unmasked - standing over him, they then shoot Judy and kidnap Sally and swiftly escape after they hear distant sirens. You - the robot - now returns home to see John on the floor bleeding to death, you race to his side hold him in your arms and bring him close to your ear to hear his final dying words "kidnapped....get....back". John then activates something around his neck, you – the robot – have been entrusted with prototype ADHS technology which will allow you to save Sally and take revenge on the murder of both John and Judy.

At what you thought was a brutal burglary gone wrong at the beginning of your story, you realise that it was only a drop in the ocean. When the penny drops, and you find out what your life really was, do you have what it takes to put everything you've learnt in to one final decision? You decide.

SPOILERS – At the end of the game the Robot realises that he wasn't 'bought' from ROBOtech, he was made by John. The robot had a unique CPU, which has the same power output of 5 megaton EMP. Equipped also with a revolutionary and prototype A.I. Microchip, allowed this one robot to be able to learn emotions and feelings and also gave him the power of incredible strength and speed. On the night of John's and Judy's death, you believe it's all just a burglary gone wrong, but in actual reality it was a ROBOtech's planned assassination attempt by the most unsuspecting victim of all them all - Sally. All Sally was, was a state of the art prosthetics prototype, masked as a little girl used to increase your emotional input level and form bounds faster. She is also used to motivate you in seeking revenge after the deaths of Judy and John. When you finally reach the top of ROBOtech industries, and are standing in the office of its creator, after you learn that your entire 5 years of being with the family was all just a test to see if you had the emotional capabilities of seeking revenge, you have a choice. A choice to either self destruct destroying yourself and all of ROBOtech's machinery and data, or to walk away and not let them have the satisfaction.
